Withdraw Your Funds

Withdrawing funds with UFX is easy. To ensure the safest trading experience possible, all clients are required to complete the following steps before funds can be withdrawn. Please note, the minimum amount for withdrawal is 25 USD. Funds will be released via the method by which the payment was originally submitted. Any funds exceeding the initial deposit amount will be transferred via bank wire.

*Please note, payments can only be issued in the account holder’s name.

Method of Withdrawal:

Credit Card

  1. Enter your username and password to access your account.
  2. Click on “Withdraw Funds” under your Personal Menu at the top right.

 

  1. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and choose “Credit Card” from the
    “Withdrawal Method” dropdown menu.
  2. Click “Confirm”
  3. Submit the documents listed below by:
  • Emailing your request to compliance.department@ufx.com
  • Uploading your documents via the platform by clicking on “Upload documents” in your Personal Menu

Valid photo ID
This can be a passport, driver’s licence, or national ID.
Proof of address
A utility bill issued within the last 6 months clearly displaying your name and residential address as registered on your account.

Copies of ALL Credit Cards used to make your deposits
Include a clear copy of the front and back of each card used to make deposits with your name clearly visible.
*Only the last 4 digits of your Credit Card number, full name, and expiration date must be visible.
**You can cover the 3 to 4 digit CVV code on the back of your card.
  1. Notify your Personal Trading Consultant by email that you completed a withdrawal request.

Note: The maximum amount that can be transferred via Credit Card is equal to the total deposits made on all cards. Any amount exceeding the amount of the total deposits made via Credit Card will be transferred to your bank account. Please allow up to 10 business days for this transaction*.

*Your bank may use various intermediary financial institutions that can affect the timeframe in which funds for withdrawal will be made available in your account.

eWallet

  1. Enter your username and password to access your account.
  2. Click on “Withdraw Funds” under your Personal Menu at the top right.
  3. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and choose “Other” from the
    “Withdrawal Method” dropdown menu.
  4. Click “Confirm”
  5. Submit the documents listed below by:
  • Emailing your request to compliance.department@ufx.com
  • Uploading your documents via the platform by clicking on “Upload documents” in your Personal Menu

  1. Notify your Personal Trading Consultant by email that you completed a withdrawal request.

Note: Funds for withdrawal can only be deposited into the personal eWallet account from which your deposits were made*. International processing times may vary, depending on which eWallet was used to make the initial deposit. Once your withdrawal request has been processed and your funds sent, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.
*Withdrawal requests for accounts funded via CashU will be sent via Bank Wire.

Bank Wire

Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer.

  1. Enter your username and password to access your account
  2. Click on “Withdraw Funds” under your Personal Menu at the top right
  3. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and choose “Bank Transfer” from the “Withdrawal Method” dropdown menu
  4. Click “Confirm”
  5. Download the Bank Details Form to your computer
  6. Follow the instructions detailed on the form and fill in your details
  7. Submit your Bank Details by emailing them to compliance.department@ufx.com

8. Notify your Personal Trading Consultant by email that you submitted a withdrawal request

Note: Your request will be evaluated and your withdrawn funds should be deposited into the account from which your deposit was made within 3 business days. When you receive your funds depends on your payment provider.
